I was not really very particular about the clothes and shoes that I wear, I just get something out of the closet and get my favorite pair of sneakers, and then I’m off. I was like that for as long as I can remember, it was only my older sister that changed my perception about clothes and shoes.

I remember my sister asking me the question, why are you wearing the same thing over and over again? And I always answered, because it’s comfortable and practical. She then answered that I could still have the comfort I wanted and at the same looking stylish with it. She then went to her room, and when she got back, she had a shirt, a jacket and a pair of shoes that she was lending me. And to get her off my back, I wore them and headed to the mall. Once I got to the mall to meet my friends, all I got was compliments about how great I looked. When I looked at the brands I was wearing, they were an Abercrombie and Fitch shirt, an Ed Hardy jacket and a Christian Louboutin sandals. I never knew high-heeled shoes would look good on jeans, and it was pretty comfortable. And since then, I do not wear anything I get my hands on, and I became attentive to fashion trends.
